DKSH Connect is not a replacement of our Sales representative or Customer Care Center representatives. DKSH Connect provides you with an additional,user-friendly tool to actively manage and grow your business.

For example,you can use DKSH Connect to track your orders or place an additional order at any moment that is convenient to you - 24 hours a day,seven days a week.

10. Will you visit my store less often after the implementation?

No. The implementation of DKSH Connect does not impact the frequency of the face-to- face visits or telephone calls.

11. How will DKSH Connect change the way we work together?

DKSH Connect does not change the way we work together. DKSH Connect is an additional tool to track your orders or place an additional order at any moment that is convenient to you - 24 hours a day,seven days a week. These are things that previously have been done by a Sales Representative or the Customer Care Center in collaboration with you. Whilst we are still willing to support you,we are confident you will enjoy the increased flexibility and independence to access the services that you require as and when you need them.

12. How will DKSH Connect impact the delivery time and process? Will products ordered through Connect be delivered at the same time as those ordered through the Sales/CCC representative?

Nothing changes from a delivery perspective.

13. Do you offer the same promotions through DKSH Connect as through Sales/CCC representatives?

Most promotions will be available on DKSH Connect. For now,there are also some promotions that may only be available through the Sales Representative or CCC.
