Through DKSH Connect,we empower our business partners to manage and grow their businesses at any moment that is convenient to them - 24 hours a day,seven days a week.

    The platform gives our customers immediate access to the latest products,promotions,bundles and bonuses,real-time stock availability and pricing. In the future we will also be able to keep them updated and well-informed with news on what's happening in the market,what's trending,insights and ideas on how to boost their sales.

    DKSH Connect is a valuable addition to our face-to-face sales channels. More than a sales tool,the platform is designed to streamline and enhance collaboration with DKSH.

  • No. DKSH Connect is an extra,optional channel to interact with DKSH for added convenience. It will not replace face-to-face or telephone contact.

  • 8. How do you ensure privacy and secure customer/order data?
  • Protecting the security and privacy of personal data is important to DKSH;therefore,we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security.

    Through our websites and tools,DKSH will not collect any personal data about users(e.g. your name,address,telephone number or e-mail address),unless they voluntarily choose to provide us with it(e.g. by registration,survey),respectively,provide their consent,or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of user's personal data.

  • DKSH Connect is not a replacement of our Sales representative or Customer Care Center representatives. DKSH Connect provides you with an additional,user-friendly tool to actively manage and grow your business.

    For example,you can use DKSH Connect to track your orders or place an additional order at any moment that is convenient to you - 24 hours a day,seven days a week.

  • 10. Will you visit my store less often after the implementation?
  • No. The implementation of DKSH Connect does not impact the frequency of the face-to- face visits or telephone calls.

  • 11. How will DKSH Connect change the way we work together?
  • DKSH Connect does not change the way we work together. DKSH Connect is an additional tool to track your orders or place an additional order at any moment that is convenient to you - 24 hours a day,seven days a week. These are things that previously have been done by a Sales Representative or the Customer Care Center in collaboration with you. Whilst we are still willing to support you,we are confident you will enjoy the increased flexibility and independence to access the services that you require as and when you need them.

  • 12. How will DKSH Connect impact the delivery time and process? Will products ordered through Connect be delivered at the same time as those ordered through the Sales/CCC representative?
  • Nothing changes from a delivery perspective.

  • 13. Do you offer the same promotions through DKSH Connect as through Sales/CCC representatives?
  • Most promotions will be available on DKSH Connect. For now,there are also some promotions that may only be available through the Sales Representative or CCC.
